We are looking into the firings at N.N.S.A. and the impact they have had.
We are looking for information for an article about the firings at the National Nuclear Security Administration and the impact they have had.
We are especially eager to hear from people who held nonadministrative jobs and were not rehired after the initial firings, especially those who had high-level security clearances. We are trying to fact-check the Energy Department’s statements that fewer than 50 N.N.S.A. employees were fired and that they mainly performed administrative or clerical tasks, so the agency’s work was not affected.
We will read every response to this questionnaire and reach out to you if we are interested in learning more. We promise that we will not publish any part of your response without following up with you, verifying your information and obtaining your permission. We will not share your contact information outside of a few people in the New York Times newsroom and will not use it for any reason other than to get in touch with you.
